As a Category "A" member, Walmax has also joined the Commission's Compensation Fund. This fund, provided as part of membership of the Financial Commission, provides protection of up to €25,000 in each case where a member deviates from a decision of the Financial Commission. Since 2019, the company has been regularly subject to order execution quality assessment on the Verify My Trade platform, a partner of the Financial Commission. This service provides an objective assessment of trade order execution by brokerage companies. Successfully passing this check confirms the company's compliance with the strict standards set by the Financial Commission for its members.
Walmax has introduced a €1,000,000 public liability insurance programme providing advanced cover against various risks such as omissions, fraud, errors, negligence and other potential situations that can cause financial losses for clients.
The company Walmax is a member of the Compensation Fund of the Financial Commission. This fund is provided as part of membership of the Finance Commission and guarantees protection of up to 25,000 euros for each case if a member of the company refuses to comply with a decision of the Finance Commission.
If market volatility prevents the client from maintaining a positive balance in his trading account, Walmax will automatically replenish the balance to zero and the client will not be charged for this.
